Every Saturday: NoonSong in Berlin

Half an hour of meditation and music - every Saturday at 12 noon in the church Am Hohenzollernplatz.

Musical contemplation, 30 minutes of heaven, ecumenical devotion - many descriptions apply to the NoonSong. In 2008, Stefan Schuck conducted psalm settings, motets and liturgical chants for the first time on Saturday at the noon hour. This unique form of short spiritual reflection in Berlin goes back to the English tradition of Evensong. The focus is on sacred vocal music.

The singers of the professional soloist ensemble sirventes berlin let their voices resound without instrumental accompaniment. The organ will be played at the beginning and end of the service. The short Bible text for the following Sunday will be read by liturgists from the Protestant and Catholic churches.
